Explore expertly aged single malt scotch whiskies with Mario Freixas, National Ambassador of The Macallan, paired perfectly with four courses inspired by AB&G’s weekly Saturday night steakhouse concept. Served oceanfront at a communal wood table, lit by lanterns and sunset skies, with live music by SOSOS, an Americana acoustic band, this intimate and rustic dining experience will be open to only 24 guests.
The evening will begin with a selection of canapés including Macallan-braised duck and orange tortellini with coco pop dust, Macallan shrimp and octopus ceviche, Macallan French onion popper, steakhouse sushi roll with Macallan soy reduction and peat smoked "beef and reef."
This alfresco dinner experience will continue with warm Alaskan king crab salad (paired with 15 year The Macallan), AB&G signature rubbed angus rib eye with scotch peppercorn sauce (paired with 18 year The Macallan) and finished on a sweet note of chai milk chocolate pot de crème (paired with The Macallan Rare Cask).
