Enjoy a bountiful meal starting with house-made pumpkin coffee cake for the table, followed by a multi-course #brunch menu that includes smoked salmon and bagel crisps, baby organic kale salad and cauliflower soup. Entrée highlights include traditional #thanksgiving favourites such as slow roasted "Tom Turkey," savoury stuffing and roasted brussels sprouts, as well as delicious breakfast options such as a fall scramble, caramel apple pancakes and brioche French toast. End the meal with a tantalising dessert buffet from the Hotel’s pastry team. The #brunch menu is available for USD 78 per person and includes bottomless Mimosas.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Give thanks with friends and family with #thanksgiving #dinner at #edge, available from 3:00 to 10:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a unique three-course prix fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef Simon Purvis and the culinary team along with wine and champagne pairings prepared by the Hotel's sommelier. Dishes include smoked pork belly with braised red cabbage and acorn squash, roasted Colorado prime rib with marbled potatoes, asparagus and horseradish cream, or cider brushed Scottish salmon and root vegetable and baby potato hash. A dessert platter follows with sweet treats including caramel apple tatin, maple candied pecan cheesecake or a flourless #chocolate pomegranate cake. The #dinner menu is offered for USD 78 per adult or USD 30 per child 12 and under.

Thanksgiving Family Feast

For those seeking a more intimate venue to celebrate the holiday, the elegant Private Dining Rooms at #edge can be arranged for a family feast for up to twelve people during #thanksgiving #dinner from 3:00 to 10:00 pm. Executive Chef Simon Purvis will personally carve the turkey tableside to pair with the sumptuous three-course menu served family style for USD 78 per adult or USD 30 per child 12 and under.
