Baglietto is back to the Dubai International Boat Show

Dubai Canal, Jumeirah – from 27 February to 3 March

Stand SYL-08

Dubai, 27 February 2018 – A new #event is awaiting #baglietto. Indeed, after the recent announcement of a new order for a 40 m all-aluminium RPH #yacht pencilled by Horacio Bozzo and featuring interiors by Achille Salvagni Atelier, the historical shipbuilder based in La Spezia (Italy) is now ready to take part in the #Dubai International Boat Show.

“The #Dubai Boat Show is a strategic showcase, allowing exhibitors to open up to new business opportunities – comments Baglietto’s CEO Michele Gavino - For us, it is yet another step forward in our far-reaching marketing plan aimed at strengthening our brand’s presence in the Middle East, which is a strategically crucial market to grow further.”

In #Dubai, #baglietto will further reiterate its commitment and the huge efforts its shipyard devotes to product research and development, presenting more detailed data and information on a 50 m semi displacement #yacht designed by architects Santa Maria Magnolfi and bound to complete the V-Line, which also features a 41 m vessel and a 55 m craft (also available in the hybrid version) by the same designers.

As mentioned, this #yacht will complete the vertical-bow V-Line, which - besides design firm Santa Maria Magnolfi - can also rely on the talent of Francesco Paszkowski Design (41 m and 44 m) and Hot Lab (38 m, 41 m, 44 m and 50 m). The traditional line (T-Line), in its turn, includes a 43 m, a 48 m (also in the Explorer version), a 55 m, and a 62 m #yacht, all by Fancesco Paszkowski Design. Last, but not least, the 70 m SESTANTE project, pencilled by Mulder Design, is the Seagull Brand’s top-of-the range model. Four vessels are currently under construction at the La Spezia shipyard: a 54 m, a 55 m displacement steel & aluminium #yacht in the T-Line, a 43 m Fast Line, and a new 48 m T-Line vessel, the twin of the latest-launched “Andiamo”, which will be the protagonist of the forthcoming nautical season starting next September.

BAGLIETTO 50 M SD BY SANTA MARIA MAGNOLFI

This new vessel stems from the wish to reinterpret the concept of semi-displacement #yacht, combining it with sporty lines while still ensuring the same onboard liveability and comfort, both indoor and outdoor. This #yacht can boast clear, sleek and harmonious lines, resulting in pure and essential sobriety as well as a strong personality.

The extremely aerodynamic, slender superstructure reinterprets in a modern key the sporty character it has inherited from historic #baglietto yachts, such as the famed 26 m Chato, an iconic project from the mid-1980s. Thanks to the huge volume available, the interiors feature large glazed surfaces on the upper deck too, while preserving the walk-around solution, thereby ensuring a pleasant, smooth continuity between the spacious convivial areas located both aft and forward and allowing guests to fully enjoy almost the entire deck.

The interior layout offers the truly rare chance, on a #yacht of this size, to choose between having a large gym or a VIP cabin on the main deck, abaft the large master stateroom, with no impact on the 4 wide guest cabins on the lower deck and the spacious beach area that can be reached via an indoor staircase from the cockpit. The owner’s area is almost 60 sq. metres wide and features a separate office providing direct access to the exterior areas, a walk-through dressing room with large windows, and a full-beam bathroom located forward, beyond the night area, which gets plenty of natural light through the side windows and the skylight. The aft garage can fit a tender over 6 m in length and a jet-ski, while an approximately 3.5 m rubber boat can be stored forward in a hidden, but open area.
