On April 5, 6 and 7, 2018 Four Seasons Hotel Moscow hosts French Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Tièche from the #grandhotelducapferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. Chef Tièche brings to Moscow the romance of the French Riviera with an elegant five-course dinner.

Originally from Aix-en-Provence, #chef Tièche draws inspiration from his Provençal roots and offers unique cuisine combining influences from Italy, the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline of Cap-Ferrat. His purpose is to create an exclusive dining experience that guests cannot get at other restaurants.

Chef Tièche worked his way up at a string of exceptional restaurants across France, opened restaurants in Paris and elsewhere and earned the title “Best #chef of Tomorrow” from Gault & Millau in 2016. In each location, #chef Tièche was always looking for places that have “a soul and a history,” and now he is creating his own history in the #grandhotelducapferrat and is excited to share it at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow.

“I am very enthusiastic to discover Moscow for the first time, this major old capital with so much heritage. I can't wait to share my passion for Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine with the Hotel's guests and my colleagues. The cuisine crosses all borders and gives an opportunity to share and exchange our common passion for gastronomy,” says #chef Tièche.

The dinner will cost RUB 4,900 per person including wine pairing selection. A live jazz band will create a magical atmosphere throughout the dinner.
