25 April 2018, #beijing: Luxury British sports car maker Aston Martin Lagonda arrives at the world-renowned #beijing International #automotive Exhibition with an exceptional      line-up of new models reinforcing the brand’s commitment to the Chinese market.

Aston Martin’s stand #E114, located in Hall E1 of the #China International Exhibition Center highlights the luxury British brand’s range of exciting road and race cars.

Making it’s #China #auto show debut is the new Vantage, underlining its credentials as the most sporting model in Aston Martin’s series production range.  The Vantage road car is joined by Aston Martin Racing’s new Vantage GTE race car. Built to contest the World Endurance Championship (WEC), including the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, the striking racer will make its international race debut at the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in May.  The WEC challenger will be racing in Shanghai in November.

Joining the road and race Vantage siblings are the V12 and V8-powered DB11 Coupe together with the recently launched DB11 Volante. Shown together for the first time, the assembled DB11 family is a celebration of 70 years of the world-famous DB bloodline.

Aston Martin’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Andy Palmer said: “The models on display here in #beijing are a vivid demonstration of Aston Martin’s unfolding ‘Second Century’ product strategy.  With the imminent launch of the DBS Superleggera, we are on track to replace each of our existing two-door sportscar models by the end of this year.”

“In 2017, the Chinese market was our fastest growing region.  This impressive performance reflects increasing demand for our new and special vehicles. The continued roll-out of our new model pipeline, including the company’s first electric vehicle in 2019, will further improve Aston Martin’s market share in this key market, alongside investments we are making to strengthen brand visibility and sales performance. These investments reflect our confidence in the Aston Martin brand and the attractiveness of the Chinese market”.

The 15th Beijing #auto Show is on from 25 April to 4 May 2018.
