As the world adjusts to staying indoors, World Sailing is recreating iconic Olympic-class regattas in the eSailing world and inviting people around the globe to play for free. In the current climate, it's just one of the many ways that the community can stay connected and engage sailors of all ages and backgrounds.
A recent survey of Hong Kong Boating Industry Association (HKBIA) members shows the severe impact #covid19 is having on the local leisure marine industry. With nearly 10,000 registered pleasure vessels, Hong Kong has the largest leisure marine market in Asia outside Japan. The HKBIA is seeking support from the government at this challenging time, while working to get this thriving industry back to normal as soon as possible.
