The new collection of dining tables by Lithos Design makes its debut with a flower

The journey of exploration and innovation undertaken by Lithos #design in the search of the maximum expressive impact of marble continues. In fact, making its debut is an unprecedented line of surprising dining tables that encompass all the culture of stone that is the company’s heritage.
Aesthetics combined with functionality and a production process designed for maximum savings of the material give life to an unparalleled table. Petalo, in fact, is the result of industrial #design, know-how and technological skills that have made it possible to separate the material, developing complementary and multiple forms, reducing waste to the minimum.
The blocks of fine marble are shaped and cut into curves by a flush process, while the union of the three stone elements takes place mechanically with an invisible internal system.
The result is seductive marble poetry that expresses itself in Petalo, the table that evokes the bud of a flower: the base is made with three rounded petals arranged radially and slightly superimposed in a kind of ideal corolla.
The choice of the round glass top gives it lightness and makes the spectacular structure of the hollow base visible, as well as the chromatic composition of the marbles selected in a unique play of
combinations. An enchanting piece of furniture with perfect proportions that brings to mind the unmistakable stylistic signature of Lithos #design and that dialogues in unison with all the refined
stone coverings for which the company is known the world over.
Designed by #raffaellogaliotto, Petalo is proposed in different versions: base in giallo siena, calacatta viola and arabescato vagli marble with a glossy finish and fumè glass for the round top or with mono-material base in palissandro argento marble with glossy finish and round top in fumè glass. Available also with double base in palissandro argento marble and elliptical top in fumè glass.
Lithos #design, from its beginnings, engages in dialogue and collaborates with the most intimate nature of marble.

Round top available in two diameters.
Materials, finishes and measurements, round version: base in giallo siena, viola calacatta and arabescato vagli with glossy finish or with mono-material base in palissandro argento marble with glossy finish. Top in fumè glass, diameter 160 cm or 180 cm (62 63/64" - 70 55/64"), 12 mm (15/32”) thick. Table height 75 cm (29 17/32").
