In particular, that means that #smartyacht ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the yacht all year round, organizes moorings, insurance and crew, keeps the bookkeeping fair and transparent and secures the shareholders against payment default and bankruptcy. If you do not want (share) ownership, you can alternatively purchase a SmartYacht Club Membership. Within the framework of the Club Membership (490 EUR annual membership), your stays on fleet yachts can be bought at a bargain price on the #smartyacht auction platform. Moreover, within the framework of the premium membership, you have a guaranteed right of use of a yacht category for three years and can thus spend up to six weeks per year on board different yachts. Running costs only apply if a yacht is actually used. Accordingly, yachting becomes a relaxing experienc e without obligation and on attractive terms. The yacht owners thus remain the independent ownership of the yachts, but through the release of use to club members the yacht owners earn a profit and can therefore reduce the maintenance costs to a minimum.
