45,000 Swarovski Crystals Shine at Koché spring/summer 2020 show during Paris Fashion Week

Paris, September 24, 2019 – #swarovski continues its celebration of shimmering embellishment on the runways of #parisfashionweek with #CrystalOnTheCatwalk global coverage of #SwarovskiCreativeCollaborations for Spring-Summer 2020, that kicked off in New York, London and Milan and is set to continue in Shanghai.

 

Designer Christelle Kocher presented 19 crystal looks, with #swarovski stones shimmering on shoes, jewelry, feathered hats, gloves, hair clips and bra tops. Key showpieces included two full crystal dresses, embellished denim looks, and hand-finished embroideries and flowers mixing crystal with wood elements and feathers. 

 

The Spring/Summer 2020 show marks the 8th time #swarovski and Koché have collaborated and follows Koché’s grand prize at the 2019 Andam #fashion Awards, in partnership with Swarovski.

 

Swarovski has been a patron of Andam since 2008 and has gone on to collaborate with 25 of its most talented award winners, including Martin Margiela, Viktor & Rolf, Jeremy Scott, Gareth Pugh, Anthony Vaccarello, Y/Project, Iris Van Herpen, Ludovic de Saint Sernin and Wanda Nylon.
