The stand proposes a neutral canvas on which different backgrounds are subtly superimposed through translucent transitions which evoke the movements and feeling of the Mediterranean breeze.
Cork and sustainable fabrics: with a clear environmental awareness, the staging appeals to the connection with the open air by celebrating the origin and life cycle of the materials used in its production, selected according to criteria of sustainability and geographical proximity.
GANDIABLASCO, GAN and DIABLA, the three brands of the Gandia Blasco Group, unveil their new products at the leading international #design fair in a space designed by Mayice. The 61st edition of the Salone del Mobile – which will be held from 18th13rd April in Milan – is an unmissable #event for this Valencian family company, a benchmark in the #design and manufacture of furniture and outdoor spaces, and the creation and handcrafted production of designer rugs.
“This is the first time we have designed Gandia Blasco Group’s area for the Salone del Mobile, and for this we are proposing a #design that helps us to travel with our imagination and connect with the outside world,” explain Marta A. Yebra e Imanol Elósegui, founders of #mayice. “The #design concept of the stand is based on creating an atmosphere of warm tones, and an exterior with silky and ethereal filters that allow us to glimpse the essence of different collections.” The designers have created different layers of translucent and lightweight textiles that build winding depths in continuous movement through air renewal technologies.
